Greenwich Odeon did last night.
Unless the seats were clearly marked as being designated for certain groups, why should anyone have to move? Was it cinema staff who made them get up?
Because p*ying customers usually have assigned seating, so it's only fair they get what they pa*d for/picked. To make it easier though they should've let p*ying customers in first and then the SFF/Metro "plebs" could sit in the remaining seats.[/quote]

Right I see, never encountered p*ying people in a screening before.

If you give one group allocated seats you have to give them all allocated seats, otherwise how are they to know where they can or can't sit? It's a recipe for disaster.

blandly funny. the nephew had loved the 'on the line' adverts so i took him expecting to bored to bits. I was quite surprised how much i enjoyed it.

it was largely a big ad for google but i did notice that half the laptops on view were by apple.

i had only just read about owen wilson's drug-fuelled suicide attempt. (it was a few years ago but i am late with celebrity gossip so it was recent to me.) it made it strange listening to him dole out all this 'feel good about yourself' speeches.

Indeed. Perhaps they'll learn from last night's shambles.

just been to see this at Basingstoke Odeon but they knew nothing about it, blamed Showfilmfirst, and had to turn lots of people away- not impressed and the cinema staff did not really care and no other screenings offered instead

Just watched this at Odeon Holloway Rd, my favourite cinema.*

Considering I've had tickets for this over the last 2/3 weeks from pretty much every company (Sky, Times, Metro, Showfilmfirst) & given them up or sent back because 2 hours (that's a long time) of Vince Vaughn & Owen Wilson just didn't appeal to me, I was very pleasantly surprised. Perhaps having no expectation of films is the way to go - I'll try this approach for Pacific Rim.

I laughed more than I did during the highly overrated This Is The End, and whilst it was an extended Google commercial, I don't think I cringed once. It wasn't brilliant, but it was far from as bad as I'd convinced myself it would be.

Saw this today at Milton Keynes, was quite suprised the movie was already quite a bit in just 3mins past its starting time, and the cinema was quite full.

Enjoyed it, but most of the funny bits were in the trailer anyway leaving just a few unseen funny scenes, but that asian kid was funny as hell...
