Thanks :D
So annoying that is started early! I gave my tickets to my sister as I wasn't well over the weekend and she was disappointed that she missed a chunk of the film. Reminds me of when Surrey Quays started Taken 20 minutes early. At least they realised their mistake and started the film again which was only fair.

anakin - I agree about sending some feedback to Sky, but you may want to direct your letter to Vue rather than Odeon (they won't know that you are on about :D ).

I was looking out for the feedback form - where is it when you need one!

Haha - good point - in my defence we got the tickets weeks ago and I didn't go - lol

If you go to the ticket confirmation e-mail there is a link for feedback from that.

Here's a bit of news about Catherine Zeta Jones taken from the BBC website...

Catherine Zeta Jones leads the field in Queen's birthday honours list 2010

HOLLYWOOD star Catherine Zeta Jones yesterday told of her joy after being awarded a CBE.

The Oscar-winning Welsh beauty was one of a host of stars of stage, screen, music and sport set to get gongs in the Queen's birthday honours list.

Catherine, 40 said last night: "I am absolutely thrilled with this honour.

"As a British subject, I feel incredibly proud, at the same time it is overwhelming and humbling."

She added: "And my mum and dad are delighted beyond belief."

She shot to fame in the hit TV show The Darling Buds Of May in the early 90s.

And she fell for Hollywood legend Michael Douglas - 25 years her senior - as they filmed Traffic in 2000. They wed later that year and now have two children.

Her greatest success was in 2002's Chicago, for which she won the best supporting actress Oscar."

The Rebound story is kind of the opposite of what happened with her and Michael Douglas, she fell for an oldie instead of someone much younger!

Maybe they were scared to send it to you and anakin. ;) I'm joking. I didn't get it either. It normally does come about 2-3 days after the screening though.

Saying that, I couldn't wait considering I also missed the first 20 mins so I already sent in a feedback form suggesting that Sky need to consider their partnership with Vue Greenwich and perhaps move to Odeon Greenwich as Vue's customer service skills really suck and I missed the first 20 mins of the film which I wasn't too happy about. I also wrote a whole load more but I'll leave that for another day.

And opas, gosh I remember when that happened with Taken - that was my very first screening ever and I just arrived for 6:30pm and that was a film you couldn't get if you missed the first bits of it. So lucky they did rewind it although it ended up starting something like 30-40 mins later just to rewind a mere 10 mins of the film! (Apparently that is how long it takes!) Not sure if you remember that.

Thanks a_person! It was weird becuase I've often got the form before the film has been shown (not from Sky though)...

Also found a customer feedback thing on Vue's website which I filled in... we shall see if either bothers responding!

I'm not sure about Sky responding but they do read it, I know that much.

Greenwich do respond, if they accept responsibility, they'll send you two Vue complimentary tickets. You'll probably have to follow up on those tickets though. They are quick to give their word and slow to deliver it (talking from experience here).
