Perhaps your marking is too kind.
Beate wrote:ultimately it is a pointless movie with events dramatised that probably weren't all that dramatic in real life.
This is precisely why I said this looked like a boring movie in the first place. Completely pointless. Seeing your review is now making me think twice about going on Tuesday and offering my tickets up instead (also because I will finish at 6pm on Tuesday and want to rest).
I would love to see what AYBG thought of this afterall.

This ranks as one of the better movies in 2010 so far. It was fast, witty and the 2 hours flew by. Switching between the lawsuits to what led to them worked and kept the pace of the film up. Also surprised that Timberlake held his own.

Just saw it again, think I might give back my ticket to Stratford cos I really don't like that cinema, but will go re-watch it at Romford, more convenient and more leg room. I love how I've now let 4 hours slip by watching this film and don't feel like it's been that long, nor that I wasted a moment, an odd sensation, gosh I love this film.

A while ago I tweeted that if this film wasn't one of the best of all time (as it has been hyped to be), I'd be disappointed.
Put it this way, I wasn't disappointed.

In all honesty, I cannot even comprehend how someone can feel this way about this film.
102 Different free films seen in 2010 plus 2 repeat viewings and a few tv show screenings... not too shabby. Thanks to everyone for their contributions here.

I'm starting to wonder if the people who gave the film a higher rating are more involved with the social media/tech side of things and how the internet is revolutionising everything we do therefore enjoying the film more because it was a pivitol moment in shaping the internet.....or maybe i'm just looking into things too much

Or maybe we just thought it was a good movie
