AnneJ wrote:Lol, this weather definitely makes me want to eat more and Baileys is so tempting in the cold!! but I keep telling myself if I relax too much I will just spend January trying to lose what I would have put on!! If I have a treat 1 day, I've been eating less the other days, although I definitely won't be sticking to this next weekend 8O
Well done Annej, enjoy next weekend and keep it in control the rest of the week o/ dont forget the basics, dont starve, just quality food, lots of water will also diminish the craving for sweet stuff and also try break those meals into 5 times a day.

We're with ya all the way;) And great rescue of the WW thread!

Congrats on passing your exams and becoming a PT Mr G o/

Thanks goodness you don't have our addresses or you'd be p*ying us surprise visits and checking the cupboards for naughty contraband

And Glassy qualifies for yet another job in his extensive list! Well done mate. From what I've been reading on this thread I'm sure you'll be great at it.
Go ahead, make my day - by visiting my blog: http://jacobthehobnob.wordpress.com/

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2012" club. I saw 32, which is rather delightful.. I beat Mr. Glass on free films but he narrowly inched me out on total films seen.

Oh I'm struggling here, I can't wait to go home and be on my own. My sister just keeps shoving food at me and I'm trying to refuse but its so hard. She got us each a massive box of Ferrer Rocher, mine's upstairs unopened, but her's is finished. She has 2 helpings of everything, I have resisted that, but its bloody hard I tell you

If Mr Glass reads this, he will probably run all the way to the New Forest to rescue you!

Hmm, I doubt that will cut any ice with the in-house fitness fanatic. Do you think you dare return to London now, Valda?!

Y'all feel the ground shake when I walk down the road.

I'm trying to think what else there is in the way of food. I don't normally stay this long so the next day and a half will be a surprise. We've had the roast, the Christmas pudding and mince pie. The cold meat, pickles mash and trifle, tonight will hopefully be nothing or, turkey sandwich.

Seriously regretting the amount of food ive eaten D:
realised again why I avoid large amounts of chocolate, just glad that its only been these 2 days though,
dont think i could survive any more
pretty much going to make sure i go to the gym almost every day this week D:
1- to work off the much regretted food and 2- to have a shower since the one at home has been broken for a month now :S
