Went to see "We Will Rock You" at the Playhouse theatre last night and if anyone is thinking about seeing it when it comes to their city don't hesitate as it is FANTASTIC! Pathetic storyline but the music and the costumes and settings were brilliant. I know Andrews had been to see this some time ago and recommended it - and she was right - a great Xmas night out. All good singers but I thought the woman who was "Killer Queen" was really good.

Really enjoyed that fox on the escalator in the Underground link, Marialionza. We have plenty of foxes in our neighbourhood but they'd have to take the bus as we don't have the tube yet (but it's coming soon).

I'm wondering if anyone won tickets to Limits of Control? There were comps from Time Out and Evening Standard (we didn't win either ) but haven't seen any sign of a review or maybe I just missed it.

Today I called a hair salon and said "Is this the hair salon?" The lady answered the phone and spoke in a different language which is why I asked that. She goes "what?" So I repeated myself. In the background I could hear hairdryers blah blah blah. The lady goes "No this isn't a hair salon, okay?" And she put the phone down. What do I have to do to get an appointment at the hair-dressers? :|

how rude!

have a look on buyagift.com. they sometimes do haircut vouchers for a pretty good price. i've been to some really expensive salons with them and only pa*d around £30 which is pretty good i think.
