I think his nanna called him Frank, so I am guessing it's an abbreviation for his three names?
To me FDR is Franklin Delano Roosevelt.

Oh I didn't mind that much, that way I had more sideways legroom, LOL. And I know Americans like to abbreviate names to something like JR and DJ, but FDR just sounds absolutely ridiculous. What was wrong with "Frank"?

Funnily enough on my train back home, there was some guy watching a CAM bootleg copy of "Karate Kid (2010)" on his Nokia phone. Not an iPhone, not an Android - a NOKIA!!
Trust me, some people just don't care about quality.

Can't really understand people who check their mobile every other minute, text or even take calls while watching a film. Why bother going to the cinema?
I tought retrieving mobiles after the film was going to be a nightmare but the whole process ran pretty smoothly. So

for the organisation.
The movie, although silly, was entertaining enough and easy on the eye. Had great seats and luckily, no munchers or rustlers around!

GinnyD wrote:My ticket does not mention that anywhere (I still have the ticket with me as they did not collect it). Also, I could not leave it at home as I can get important calls from work until 18:00 or even 18:30.
I have been at many other previews before and they have never collected my phone.
I actually work in films and only once recently in a very big film I have been asked to hand in my phone while we were in the shoot. And it was ridiculous as well as we were filming in the street and there were papparazzi and passers-by filming with their phones anyway...and not like they were not being allowed to film it and take photos...
Also, do they really think we can film a whole film with a mobile phone?????
Depending on the preview depend on how tight security is. Each preview is treated individually and security will be briefed accordingly. As for not knowing I knew and I didn't even go. It was posted with the code.

You don't have to give them your mobile but they won't let you gain access. It is simple as that.
And since you are in the business you know how it works and how wee trivial things like this is big in the eyes of the companies. It isn't the first time mobiles have been separate from their owners and it won't be the last time.
And to your last question yes you can. My last camera on my mobile was 12MP so better than most ordinary cameras.

Finally home after seeing this.
I really enjoyed it. Few laughs

few actions scenes

. Cute actors to drool over

.
9/10. One of the better films so far this year.
How many of u left before the titles? Alot were running to get their phones
I quite like the ending. Nice little twist even if it was predictable.

Ditto on both of the above.
Thought it was going to be a nightmare getting me phone at the end but looks like 'someone' actually thought this through...
About the movie, some good ol' popcorn fun. Nothing hectic or dramatic.
