Odd that frimley received Odeon tickets yet akh43 was told they haven't yet received them, let alone sent them out.

They really are fobbing people off. :mad:

I got some rubbish makeup in the post yesterday, so long since I applied for it - then straight in the bin as it was awful

I'm not sure the poor advisers are even being told "the truth". The management are getting them to fob us off with any old tosh.

My thoughts exactly, but to be honest I dont they they know much as they always disappear for a bit before responding to my questions.

I have spoken to 3 different people now and the same one 3 times so I dont think they have that many people dealing with the LiveChat.

I have never won or heard of anyone I know winning, but if you click on the Hall of Fame there are member's comments, mostly with regard to free movies or I cant Sing, but I could see 1 winner of Cheltenham tickets. I wonder if they only pick the positive reviews to put here as they all seem to be very happy members. If there was a Hall of Shame, I would be first to put my name down for misleading members!!!
