Thanks :) Shall deffo follow up since I do love a freebie - and mum and use them if they're for the O2 only. Or even better, I'll come to visit and take mum to the cinema which will mean everyone's happy. Anyone know if the free parking counts if you have free tickets?a_person wrote:I'm not sure about Sky responding but they do read it, I know that much.anakin wrote:Also found a customer feedback thing on Vue's website which I filled in... we shall see if either bothers responding!
Greenwich do respond, if they accept responsibility, they'll send you two Vue complimentary tickets. You'll probably have to follow up on those tickets though. They are quick to give their word and slow to deliver it (talking from experience here).

Re: The Rebound
Should do as they issue you a proper ticket. It's the ticket you need to take. Some of them get really anal about it when they see it's free and say it has to be a pa*d for ticket. I haven't ever claimed back money on the parking as it's quite a hassel and when a movies over, I just want to go.

Re: The Rebound
My feedback email has just popped through.
a_person, Taken at Surrey Quays was an eventful first screening! I was there extremely early (for me!) that day as I had given myself extra time to get through the tunnel. Got there at 6pm and there were about 6-8 of us in the screen. They actually started the film just after 6.10 and I went to protest to the chatty security guard and he insisted that they were right to start the film at that time. The screen soon filled up with people walking in at 6.25 and finding that they had already missed the first 15 mins. I think the protesters were so vocal about it that they had to do something about it. Was annoying that the film was so delayed but it was the right thing to do. Only a handful of us had seen the beginning and it really is crucial for that film.

That would have been a sh*te ending! Bet with you they had some test screenings and people told them so, so they altered the ending!alythonian wrote: Bizarrely I reviewed a trailer for this film about 6-9 months ago and the ending I saw wasn't the same as the film. I liked it - lovely chick flick on a rainy Sunday morning - quite full at the Metrocentre - CZJ looked really slim and fab at 40

Re: The Rebound
Just had this from Vue...:
Dear xxx, Thank you for your patience while this matter has been investigated. Please be aware it appears there was a communication error between Sky and ourselves and this resulted in some guests missing the start of the performance. I apologise for any disappointment that this may have caused you and as such would like for you to return to the cinema as my guests, please provide me with your postal address and I will arrange for two complimentary tickets to be sent to you. Kind regards, Customer Services
Yay!
