Had a busy week so was unable to post a review for this even though I saw it on Tuesday. Swiss Cottage was about 60% full. I haven't seen the original series so can't compare it to that but I thought the movie was just brainless, brilliant fun! I loved Murdoch! Everyone played their parts really well. Favourite scenes had to be the airport one where passports get switched and the flying tank! Wish I had stayed for the end credits though. 8/10

Just got back from the Slacker Club preview.

Some elements were lacklustre: When it comes to the rollercoaster we call pacing, this was just downhill. The characters were as nuanced as a flying tank. The direction wasn't much better than the ideologically idiotic writing, with many of the sequences annoyingly flawed with shaky-cam who's-doing-what action, and a constant barrage of CGI.

However, a few standout sequences deserved to be in a flick of much higher quality, and I loved seeing Patrick Wilson and Sharlto Copley in more mainstream roles than they're used to (especially Copley, easily the most entertaining thing in this film). And what can I say, it was a fun film.

6/10

Everytime I think of the theme tune to this, I end up singing Dallas. Slightly different.

I'd like ot see that remake!

Personally I liked the A-team, yes it was flawed places, a bit too much CGI for my liking but it kind of added to absurdity of the movie and in essence the fun, the zany humour was great, Sharlto Copley really stood out for me, and Bradley Cooper did a good job too.

All in all a fun, crazy movie with lots of laughs
