Saw this at Empire Leicester Square, pretty full, though plenty of seats were free at the bottom part of the cinema it didn't stop some late comers sitting in the aisle at the back.

I agree with a lot of other comments on this film, this was a drama not a comedy - there were very, very few funny moments and the film was flat, dragged and a bit boring. I found myself looking at my watch at regular intervals which isn't a sign of a quality film. Jason Bateman can be quite funny but the script didn't really allow him to show it here.

Hi, saw this at the High Wycombe Empire last night and thought it was a pretty good film, but definitely had quite a bit of room for improvement. I also think this was more of a drama than a comedy, there were a few moments which were laugh-out-loud. I thought the script could have been a lot better, but I liked the performance of the young Sebastian. I also thought the ending was a bit too abrupt. But overall, I did enjoy it.

No bag at Swansea either. Queue started to move at about 6:45 and the cinema was very full and the people sitting next to me ate their way through a mountain of drinks and popcorn.
Film, what film, forgoten it already.

Seriously, is this the only type of film Jen can do? A very bland film with agreement of above comments.

3/10 for jason and the boy

Hehe, that's what I was thinking, I kept trying to see Jason Bateman's eye colour after I saw who they cast as little boy. Found the whole thing very noticeable once I saw Sebastian's big brown eyes.

Well if that occupied my time then as you can imagine it was a fairly dull film. Not absolutely awful but quite frankly not a lot happens and you already know the ending within the first five minutes - so predicable. I did like Sebastian and I thought Bateman was fairly good in his role. Less keen on Aniston. Worth watching if you have nothing better to do on a rainy afternoon but I wouldn't rush out to catch it. 6/10.
