I need inspiration for my xmas santa! Basically ive got one of the guys at work(ROCK club), hes a bit of a laugh, friendly, dont really know all too much about him, £5 limit, need it by friday, help D:

Go to pound land. I've just b*ght my secret Santa present and one for a friend who doesn't have a clue what to get.
For the male present. I got christmas boxer short, kiss me it's christma tie , Simpsons pint glass , a Christmas stocking and a cowboy gun set. £5 total. Plus wrapping

For the girl present. I got a kids tiara. Rubber gloves with fur trim , feather boer, sex and city audio book and ring bell for Santa bell
bargain £5 again.

Beate, if you are in central, pop into a video store called FOPP first before you go into HMV. Many of stuff are on par with Amazon. I go here a few times. I would have also suggested CEX too but their stuff is pre-owned and I am guessing you want Frozen Planet new as a gift.

In other news, I have discovered that memory loss is a great advantage when you are b*ying Christmas presents for someone. I b*ght OH's presents for him today, he was with me and tried them on - and he has no clue anymore what it is so will be surprised, LOL.

Aw MG...thats kinda anti-xmassy! But funny

I took my first step for Xmas preparation yesterday. I b*ght the Xmas double editions of Radio Times and TV TImes! I sat on the sofa last night and circled all the stuff I want to watch. Its not as special as it used to be in the 80s when we had no SKY, Tivo, DVDs, Blu Rays, and even VHS. Still, there are Xmas edition tv programs to look out for and despite the fact that I have Wizard of Oz on Blu Ray, I still cant help be excited by the fact its on Boxing Day. It was a film that always came on TV for Xmas and then suddenly vanished in the last decade. But now its back and I am just happy to see that its on TV for the newer generation to discover and probably find it boring :)

I do that too its part of Christmas circling your favourite programmes and its a must watching the Wizard of Oz on Boxing Day.
Looking forward to Downton Abbey on Christmas Day.

OH has b*ght a selection of dvd's for the Christmas period. So we are having a retro christmas as far as entertainment goes. We were trying to think of films that we liked or hadn't seen - also were under a fiver. We don't have many dvd's so this is quite quite a game for us.
So far - Manchurian candidate - original, Bladerunner, In the heat of the night, have arrived.

Going to share with GD.
Trying to make money b*y more these days and got quite a few books from the charity shops, GD asked for a Titanic book??? found it in Barnardos, one prezzy down, now for cheap bling.
