Terms And Conditions

1.The prize draw is open to UK residents, with the exception of Universal Pictures and Bauer employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2.No p*rchase necessary.
3.Entrants must have Internet access to be eligible to win.
4.Entry to this competition is free. Entries will only be accepted on the official internet form, only one entry per person. Copies will not be accepted. No bulk entries. Winners must be 18 or over and proof of age may be required.
5.Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.
6.Entries must be received before midnight on the 4th February 2010. Bauer reserve the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw. Any entries received outside of the competition period will be deemed invalid.
7.The prize consists of 1 of 10 pairs of tickets to an exclusive screening on The Wolfman on Tuesday 9th Feb 2010 at Soho House, London (travel & accommodation is included for those living outside of London – at Bauer’s discretion). Tickets will be allocated as follows: 2 x pairs for Kerrang Radio entrants, 2 x pairs for Big City England entrants, 2 x pairs for Big City Scotland entrants, 1 x pair for Kiss 101 entrants, 1 x pair for Kiss 105-108 entrants and 2 x pairs for Kiss 100 entrants.
8.The prize is as stated and there are no alternatives or cash substitutes
9.The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.The promoter will not be liable if the prize does not reach the prize winner for reasons beyond the control of the promoter.
11.The winner agrees to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
12.If the prize is declined or if the winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
13.The promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
14.By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
