Technical Problem Sending Links

I got some tickets for others but they said the links didn't work when I PM'd them. We got round it for one pair by e-mail instead and I tried again with another pair and am waiting to hear whether it worked this time, but does anyone know what the problem could be, please? I don't want to let members down by saying I have tickets for them, then being unable to deliver and if it isn't going to work, there is no point me booking more tickets. (They were Tellten tickets, if that makes any difference.) Thank you!

This is what I do.

For SFF and Tellten tickets all you need do is open your email and click on show printed ticket and copy the URL from the address bar into your PM.

You can either paste straight into your PM like this.

Or

which would give you

Name Of Film
