Hi Andrews, you had trailers with Inglourious? I wish I'd seen some. I really miss seeing trailers before a movie
Often get trailers, valda - it's very unusual up here in the North East if we don't!

Latest on this film from the US.

Low-budget sci-fi film stuns US box office.

Low budget sci-fi film District 9 has blasted its way to the of the US box office.

The film, which tells the gritty story of aliens stranded in Johannesburg, took $37 million in its opening weekend. District 9 cost less than $30 million to make.
The Lord of the Rings director Peter Jackson produced the film.

Sony Pictures president of worldwide distribution, Rory Bruer, raved, "It's so out-of-the-box different from most movies that you see from a major studio. It's kind of a rogue, raw, visceral film that has a life of its own."

Still undecided whether or not I want to p*y to see this. Of course, if there was a free screening, I'd probably go.

Like the look of the trailers to this - and I see it will be at the Waterloo IMAX cinema from 18th September.............not sure if it will fill the screen though - just says Digital Presentation.

May possibly have to give this one a go.....

I have only seen positive reviews for this film, and although its not the usual genre of film I'd choose to go to see, it has made me want to see what all the fuss is about! Its a pity there werent any preview codes.
