I fell off the wagon a couple of months ago sadly. But I've got 11 days off work so am going to use that to kick start my diet again. NOt being at work will keep me away from the temptation, and eating from boredom. I'm damned not going to get elasticated waistbands again
preferred locations Shepherds Bush, Westfield, Notting Hill, Central London, Wimbledon, Islington, Wandsworth thanks

Preference of cinemas:- 1. Glasgow Renfield Street Cineworld, 2. Glasgow Showcase, 3. Braehead Odeon, 4. Vue Fort, 5 Glasgow Springfield Quay, 5. any other cinema in Glasgow area including Hamilton
Also Falkirk, Dunfermline and Stirling but these are rarely used for free previews.

Dunno. OH lives outside Glasgow whilst I live in between Glasgow and Edinburgh. So who knows!

As for weight watching I think I need to get my butt in gear. Been getting too comfortable being in a relationship so my running has gone completely out of the window. Need to be more active.

I'll keep an eye on the facebook page.

That is another good motivator about being at work, i've got a lovely park nearby and can go for powerwalks at lunchtime

Never mind if you all, got off track, just get back on it and try your best always ;) And top marks for talking thinking about. Awareness of things slipping is a good thing!

I had some lovely hot cross buns yesterday (made with wheat flour, not white). Remember to avoid refined foods as much as possible. ie, wholegrain/wholemeal bread (not white or brown), wholemeal flour (not white), brown rice (not...you guessed it...white rice!).

So anyone going to the 3D dinosaur thing? I am, and I am going to run to and fro to the screening in Fulham.

How about a keep fit challenge this morning?
By that I mean if ayone else want to join me running/jogging (or even just walk) to your own screening, in spirit, this morning? ;) You dont have to go all the way if its too far but at least part way.

Also if you have a runkeeper app on your android phone we can support each other.
My film reviews here . ......My FMUK 2014 ratings.......My FMUK 2011 ratings.......My FMUK 2013 ratings . ......My FMUK 2012 ratings .

Do you have a VR headset? If so, maybe we can play a physical sports game or even be sports/fitness partners, hit me up if you keen.

Yeah you're right. Have signed up to run the race for life this year so have some incentive. Will do a power walk today methinks and break out to a wee run to test out my fast legs. If i lived in Fulham definately would have joined your convoy.
