trams not bad actually.

i noticed that its a dress rehearsal for the Leeds Party in the Park, the lineup and the songs sang were almost identical down to the ad libs last year. You think it was all pre recorded...

some bands stood there ground and played live proper.

And the week after, Party in The Park - http://www.radioaire.co.uk/your-leeds/P ... Park-2011/ (ticketed but free)

and if thats not enough free music, theres Godiva the following week - http://www.godivafestival.co.uk/ (probably the best of the free ones last year)
fav 5 films of the year - Tenet, Bill n Ted 3, Invisible Man, JoJo Rabbit, ?

Free dim sum and/or free cocktail today at Ping Pong:

You want the comfort of lounging around in your floppiest gear enjoying the slowest day of the week... But it's nice outside, surely you should get out and enjoy the day? If only there were some compromise.

Well, maybe there is! Ping Pong’s Lazy Sumdays allow you to traipse in the sun only to be welcomed back into a relaxed (but cosmopolitan) environment.

If you wear your slippers down on Sunday we’ll give you this week's lazy cocktail - a hedonist's mix of fresh strawberries, limoncello and prosecco. And if you see fit to wear your full lounge-wear with them then you will also receive a complimentary Lazy Sumdays menu (1 per pyjamas or dressing gown worn into the restaurant).

Finally - the little ones are welcome too, under 12's eat free every Sunday in May! See you there on Sunday, whatever time you can lift yourself from the pillow / sofa / sun-lounger...

Terms & Conditions:
- Children under 12 eat free on Sundays for the whole month of May 2011
- Each customer wearing slippers into our restaurants on Sunday 8th May 2011 and ordering a Lazy Sumdays meal (£18.49) will be offered 1 complimentary Lazy Cocktail
- Each customer who will come in our restaurant in their full PJs or dressing gown on Sunday 8th May 2011 will be offered a free Lazy Sumday menu. Valid for 1 person wearing the pyjamas/dressing gown
- Everyone dining needs to order the lazy Sumdays menu in order to participate
- For Lazy Sumdays, drinks aren’t included in the price, nor are our specials, set menus, signature dishes or desserts, but it does include VAT at 20%. A discretionary service charge of 12.5% is added to your bill for your convenience. To avoid over ordering please select 4 baskets initially, then 2 baskets per person per repeat order.
- Lazy Sumdays doesn’t happen at Appold Street or Bow Bells House, which, like most of the City, are closed on Sundays.

London’s coolest venue, ICEBAR LONDON by ICEHOTEL on Heddon Street, Mayfair, is celebrating its millionth customer in style. On 31 May, the sub-zero venue will open its doors to a thousand guests, for free. Visitors will also be treated to a range of cocktails served in ice glasses.

Guests will be given a designer thermal cape – something for which the venue has become famed, before venturing into the ice-decked bar, which is kept at a constant -5 degrees Celsius, for cocktails.

Elsewhere, in the warm areas of the adjoining belowzero restaurant + lounge, a master mixologist will offer a further tasting session, with cocktails made from Jose Cuervo Tradicional tequila.

To bag a ticket, join ICEBAR LONDON on Twitter (@ICEBAR_LONDON) or simply visit the ‘Thanks a Million’ tab on the ICEBAR LONDON Facebook page.
