I enjoyed this - an unusual and interesting film. I liked the soundtrack and camerawork etc - I thought it was a really well conceived and put together film. I really liked Tom Hollander's wardrobe! What happened to the caravan family though - dead or alive in the end?

Re the caravan family - would we rather they were dead or alive in the end....? Enjoyed this for the most part, felt Cate Blanchett's accent was all over the place and teeth don't stay that perfect if you abuse them like that! Never been to Berlin, but the bits we saw had a distinct look of pre-fall-of-the-wall.

Nah, that's what Berlin is like - very shabby in places. Great city though, with a huge alternative scene. House prices low too.

I loved the bits in Spain, said it was filmed in Cordoba which is where my Dad is from, so that made me happy :) and it seemed to be quite authentic
