not sure about this movie yet.

guess it is not your humour. i thought it was hilarious. did we watch same trailer?
Midian & Raj101 I wasn't sure if I'd watched the same trailer either so I followed the link and yippee I got to watch the trailer all over again (please note the sarcasm). It wasn't any funnier the 2nd time round. That said, my wonderful son is so keen to see it and I'm sure it will be perfect for him.
different stokes. guess you would rather play fifa, too ;0

Saw this last night at a preview with Q&A, really enjoyed it. Funny with some good jumps thrown in. The cast were believable and I came away from it all feeling the way you ought to after a Friday night at the movies. Have no problem recommending this for a good night out.

I live in the kind of area this is set in and despite the fact it concerns an alien attack, totally b*ght into the premise, the setting and the characters.

8.5/10

(The cast were largely at the Q&A and what a credit they were...hope people can separate them from the characters they play, cos I think they did a terrific job as actors)

I'm looking forward to seeing this one but I hope it's funnier than the clips in the trailer.
Not sure which side is scarier the aliens or the kids....guess I'm just getting too old!

hdaniel82 won POTC tickets for tomorrow (see the I Won thread).

I was hoping to win too but I think most of the comps have expired now so I don't like my chances. :(

Still holding out for premiere tickets though. :cross:

oh well, will go to Attack the Block then, and go to POTC on Thursday, but it clashes with so many things that I really wanted to go tomorrow to leave me Thursday free for some other things - I have two networking events and one concert on the same day as POTC! And I so want to go to them, and I could fit one networking event and the concert in, if I don't have POTC. :wall:
