Lucky u! I was turned away at Shepherds Bush as it was oversubscribed!! I was more perplexed than angry.... I was like "are u sureeeeeeeeeeeee?"
This is Win win isn't it? and not Thor, Harry Potter etc?
I don't have much luck with this cinema, last time they started Tangled 15-20 minutes early and now even an indie film like Win Win is full????
Oh well, would have been nice if they offered something else to watch but they were oh so hardline...
I was just shocked that it was that packed, given there's already been screenings and there's not been much buzz even on FMUK!
Walked over to Westfield to have dinner instead... :(

It had been massively overbooked and around 40 people (maybe more) got turned away.
Very annoying :(

I guess if they turned away 40 in Cheshire, they must have turned away more in London! but it just looked like they turned away me and my friend...

Strange, as there were several people offering tickets and they weren't taken. Also, the screening I went to on Sunday was busy but not full.

I know!!! Thats why I thought it was very very very strange for a film like Win win to be packed out 8O
I don't think free screenings of indie drama films ever tend be completely full....
My first reaction was I thought they were joking with me!

I saw it on Sun at Exeter PH and thought that might not get in. The cinema was unaware of the free screening from SFF and it was also a members' free screening, so they were giving preference to the members which is understandable. I do wonder how communications work in these things.
