Sweet potatoes are gorgeous! I often make them into home made chips and have it with haddock and peas :)

Desperately trying to lose weight to look good (no, I mean better than now) in a swimsuit, so I'm off out for a meal tonight.

I don't know how but I read that as you were going out for a meal in a swimsuit. I'm just trying to book a holiday and had that thought re swimwear and fewer clothes, should I get my act together or change my destination  the arctic circle looks good.

All the rage this year are sheer dresses designed for wearing over your swimwear.....hides a multitude of sins! ;)

I got a lovely one from Primark for £10, was really pretty with sequins round the top, but they have them everywhere this year.
Preferred Cinema's now Paignton or Exeter!

Has anyone heard of Bioelectrical impedance analysis? I was on a course re obesity on Thursday and apparently its the way forward as it measures fat-free body mass not sure how they do it. I personally prefer waist to hip ratio as I've got large hips and a narrow waist so it says I'm fine whereas BMI results are getting closer to the 25 :noo:
Just booked my summer holiday so even with the help of raineylb's sheer dresses Italy is not ready for my body to be exposed in a swimsuit.

Isn't that what those special scales (which have been available to b*y for some years) measure?
