Went to see another LAMDA at the Lyric last night, was a new play called Redemption Over Hammersmith Broadway. Was interesting, set in 1950's London and focussed on the various characters' crises of faith. The first half was a little bit slow and I didn't quite get the motive of the sinister character, but again all of the actors were impressively good and was worth the trip.

Though on a non-theatrical note, sadly the brownies in the Lyric cafe are a bit rubbish.

I think those of us who have seen Daisy Pulls It Off can be forgiven for thinking of the human kind of Brownies. The shortest cast member with the eye-patch would have made an excellent Brownie!

dunno might go.

Saw Redemption at the Lyric, a play with several threads of scenes with characters talking about belief, religion and direction mainly. Was slow in places but well acted.

Daisy Pulls It Off has some great acting too. The actress who played Monica (the other half of the dastardly duo of the play's villains) was fantastically funny, full marks to her.
fav 5 films of the year - Tenet, Bill n Ted 3, Invisible Man, JoJo Rabbit, ?
