OMG! There are no words good enough to describe tonight's performance by The Eagles, they blew me away with their amazing talents, I've just got to find a way to see them perform again.
Brian Ferry was amazing, his voice was immaculate tonight and I believe that it was Roxy Music playing alongside him and they put on a top rate musical performance too!
Brandon Flowers were fab. Unfortunately, I did not get to see The Human League, 10cc, Ocean Colour Scene etc. as they were performing on different stages at the same time as my top two performers.
I still can't believe that I have seen The Eagles perform live...I think I'm in a dream
Very much worth dragging myself out of my sick bed, dosing myself up with pain killers and standing up for a few hours....goodness knows how I did it with my current chest infection, but where there's a will...or in my case a total desperation to see The Eagles, then I think I could have walked over hot coals to be there and still had a crazy smile on my face afterwards.

Yes, I think she's mad, I'd really love to go tomorrow because Lou Reed is performing, oh and not to mention Morrissey and Iggy etc. How many is she going with? I'm tempted to ask if I could b*y her used wristbands from her...but that would be a little naughty :shifty:

I'm sure your Mum will enjoy your company but being offered a ticket to wireless and turning it down...well what can I say? 8O

she's going on her own with the band so i don't think she'll have a wristband to sell anyway, i don't think she would either, she tends to keep everything (like me, i'd never sell on a wristband, i keep everything i can! i'm a geek! i wear them for days too to remind me of my awesome time) she's only leaving as she wants to come over to clapham to watch the charlatans with me! :D

So glad you enjoyed Take That, you must (perhaps tomorrow) write a little more about their performance and perhaps it will help you to forget about the headache of a journey home :cross:
