Glasgow is full, as per usual. Despite trying for 40 minutes, starting BEFORE 10 o'clock, I finally got as far as the SFF site to reveal my failure. I feel a strongly worded email to virginmedia coming on....

When I put my virgin mobile no in I put it in with no gaps and same with the postcode I don't even bother to make it in caps just altogether with no spaces and it accepts it. I hope that helps.

Also login in here to check your details are up-to-date
https://www.virginmobile.com/vm/myAccou ... ccountFlow

When virgin first started doing the screenings I missed out first time until I realised they had an old post code of mine listed in the details.

Thanks, tried all of those and still not working. Not used my phone for a few months, its a p*y-as-you go one, and still has credit on. So wonder if that's why it's not working.

Have you ever registered your details with them? that might be it as it is possible to pick up a phone & sim & not bother ..check on that link I posted above.. it takes about 10 days for it to work it's way through but you should be sorted for it to work for the next screening.

If you have registered your details already and it's not working either call them on 789 or email them and complain.

I rarely use my phone, sometimes I have no bills or bills for just 30p for the month.

Yeah, I have an account set up on the virgin mobile site, as used to use phone all the time before I upgraded to a contact elsewhere. Now it just sits in a drawer. Got tickets on there a while ago to the No Strings Attached screening, as can't normally make Tuesday as my kids have after school clubs, but this one fell in the school holidays so was going to take them. I have emailed them, although by the time they reply there will most likely be no tickets left, oh well.

I've emailed them too...I also took a look at the HTML code in hopes of finding a way to bypass the check...no luck, but then again I'm no expert.
