Re: Bridesmaids
I thought this was absolutely brill and a good antidote to the seriousness of The First Grader which i went to see the night before. Was side splittingly funny with a witty script and memorable characters. My sister and i danced and sang to the last song.

Re: Bridesmaids
I don't think that comparisons to The Hangover do this film any favours whatsoever, and even mentioning it on the film poster is a bad idea in my opinion. This film has a lot more heart than The Hangover, and I enjoyed the fact that the characters had emotional responses and connections.
I thought the opening shagging sequence was a bit odd, and a few people shuffled uncomfortably at the beginning. I was a bit confused in the beginning about who was who, and I thought it took a while to get going.
There were some really funny set sequences, and if I'm ever a bridesmaid again I don't think I'll be able to try on the dress without collapsing into giggles at the thought of that scene from the film.
I think this will be one of my favourite films of the year.

Have seen this film twice now and loved it both times. It is genuinely funny and has some great acting. One of the best films I have seen so far this year. It has an actual plot that hangs together well and characters you can relate to. Excellent movie and even my partner loved it!)

Re: Bridesmaids
Finally, saw this yesterday morning with my mum, it was fun, humour was wacky, but not as funny as I thought it would be after all the hype. Still it was a solid story, and Kristen Wiig is brilliant, and the heartwarming bits even brought a tear to my eyes. 7/10

Re: Bridesmaids
I too was pleasantly surprised by the film. Didn't think there was anything philosophical about this comedy
especially as the bridal shower's party favour was a puppy!
, then I heard the line: "Your life is not the problem. You are. You are also the solution.". True.
Would happily watch again and have recommended to others as worth watching
