Cinema Tickets Giveaway Terms and Conditions.
1. Each prize consists of two tickets to any participating independent cinema (listed athttp://
www.independentcinematicket.co.uk/ ).
2. Travel to and from the cinema is not included in the prize, and neither is any spending money, personal insurance or any other cost not specifically mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.
3. Valid entries must be made by way of entering a comment and entering your email address in the competition Facebook app. There is no other means of entry.
4. Entrants must be UK residents over the age of 18 years. Volkswagen Group UK Ltd, their agents or contractors, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and anyone else connected with the promotion is not eligible to enter.
5. The winning entries will be chosen by the See Film Differently team on the basis of their suitability and originality as a comment posted in the competition Facebook app. The decision of the See Film Differently team will be final in this regard and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition.
6. The winner will be notified by email from the See Film Differently team and the prize will be arranged with the winner.
7. The competitions will run until 11:59pm on the day on which it is initiated. Only valid entries made within this period and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be considered.
8. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
9. The See Film Differently team’s decision is final. No alternative or cash prize will be offered and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
