Re: Free Theatre/Concert Tickets Discussion Thread
Got my parents tickets for the Domingo/Gheorghiu concert at the O2 last night. They thoroughly enjoyed it.
They left before the end though. Far from being 'foolish', they needed to get all the way across London by tube and wanted to make sure they avoided the crowds that would have inevitably made it very hard to get back home at a reasonable time. They are OAP's and my Mum in particular is not a big fan of being out that late.
They didn't regret leaving early at all and enjoyed what they did see a great deal.

The concert of Placido Domingo was indeed something extraordinary... Amazing how there were still so many seats empty... So many other people could have had this chance! I do feel very privileged to have been there :)

Apologies to your parents Kevin, it was a foolish thing to have said.kevinknapman wrote:Got my parents tickets for the Domingo/Gheorghiu concert at the O2 last night. They thoroughly enjoyed it.
