Wasn't one at Wandsworth either.

Yeah, it was cute once. Maybe twice, but I've had enough of it. No idea why it'd be shown before this, but it definitely wasn't at the O2.
102 Different free films seen in 2010 plus 2 repeat viewings and a few tv show screenings... not too shabby. Thanks to everyone for their contributions here.

Maybe the Whiteleys staff got confused (not surprising!) and showed it by mistake..

Saw this at Wimbledon, which, as jeancomp has said, was only about half-full - surprising, given how busy my previous Wimbledon preview was. Yes, a bit slow, but it grew on me and yes, so reminiscent of In Bruges, though slightly less black, I thought. It wasn't what I was expecting and I wonder how it will fare at the box office but I'm glad to have seen it, and before the press reviews.

Could the inscription that the mother left in the Russian book be one clue? Or perhaps the song that played over the end credits suggests a totally different outcome.
I picked up on the Russian book but what was the end credits song?

Leaving On A Jet Plane, by Peter, Paul and Mary - maybe I'm old for recognising it!

Actually the nail has been hit on the head - this did seem like a pilot for a TV series with the ambiguous ending - and if it was I'd definitely be watching the next episodes. Wouldn't have been too surprising either given SKY's recent tendency to give us one or two episodes of a forthcoming TV series as a freebie.

I accept that it wasn't and I enjoyed it for what it was. It is a pity that it leaves you wanting more. A missed oppertunity for a twist in the tail perhaps? Doesn't NEED to be a happy ending. Having said that there must have been some reason for the change of uniform after all.

Forgot to rate it so here's my vote: 7/10.
