Just to update for those at West India Quays and had to put up with the poor projection. I got an email back offering a complimentary ticket. Hopefully others who have complained will also get replies!

I've also been offered a complimentary ticket from WIQ after blurry showing on Tuesday. Result!

I got 2 complimentary tickets! Result! Email came when I was on my way to Colombiana. David and ejwrank did you only get one? May be because I used "we" in the email. :D

I got offered a ticket too, but was cheeky and asked if I could get one for the friend I was with as well or if she should email separately. We'll see what I will receive :D

I got two too -- just didn't want David to feel bad as I think he only got one. Yes I used "we" but think
he used "I". Never mind...it's a result.

Nah it's ok, We now have 3 tickets to cover the 2 of us. Next time I will pretend I'm the Queen and use 'we' :D
