With personal training, our philosophy is about flexibility so we can work around our client's busy lifestyles. You don't need to worry about any expensive yearly gym memberships; our personal trainers are on hand as and when you need them.
At Heart & Soul Fitness we offer private one-to-one training sessions for individuals who want to reinvigorate their lifestyle. All training programmes are specifically tailored to each of our clients needs. You can choose to train from the office, at home, in the gym, or even in the park. Training programmes can include weight training, circuit training, free weights, spinning, pre/post natal, Swiss ball training, or any specific requirements you may have.
