I need to say a big thank you to June for giving me tickets for tonight. I did not know about all this palaver with the potential cancelled tickets 
but I was luck and in the end it did not affect me - hope no one was turned away. I got a bit mixed up with the theatre - I thought Shaftesbury Avenue theatre was on the piccadilly end (even though I have actually seen several things there over the years!) but I think this was also because the tickets stated the address was 10 Shaftesbury Avenue when it is actually meant to be 210 Shafesbury Avenue 
Anyway managed to walk up and picked up the tickets around 6.10pm.
Maybe the rain and the cancellation emails put quite a few people off but really glad I made it. We got fantastic seats in the middle of row L in the stalls. Not quite as close to the front as other fmukers - but was very pleased, was a brilliant view. From where I was sitting, all the seats were taken so I'm surprised there were empty seats closer to the front.
Really enjoyed it, even though the story is a bit so-so, the music, comedy and enthusiasm more than makes up for it - and I wouldn't even say I'm a particular fan of that type of music. The narrator was hilarious and I was keen to see Shayne Ward who did not let the side down. Really hope most of you who are interested, get to see it, we all had a great night.
