Friends with Benefits
Re: Friends with Benefits
I saw the trailer for this but I don't understand why Justin Timberlake would get anyone hot under the collar, he seems a little geeky to me but I did enjoy him in The Social Network.
Re: Friends with Benefits
Saw this last night in Norwich. A very confusing evening. I get there about 5.50 we sit down secure out seats at about 6.00. I decide to go to the loo as the film is not due to start until 6.30. A few minutes later I return to screen 3 to find that a film is showing so me thinks oh I must have the wrong screen. I go back to the desk and they tell me to go to screen 11. I go in but it looks a bit different in there and I can't find my partner. A slight panic have I become an extra in a time shift film? No the movie is showing in two screens. I eventually go back to screen 3 to find out the film started 5 minutes ago. So I sit there and watch. Lots of people coming in lots of confusion and then 15 minutes later they stop the film apologise and start it again.
As for the film - formulaic and not really that good. And another thing I just can't cope with Justin Timberlake's slightly curly unnatural looking hair it really puts me off.
I did like all the shots of New York but at the end of the day its not tourist video is it.

Re: Friends with Benefits
Hey guys i watched friends with benefits at the free previewing in newcastle on 5th september and thought this film was really good. It was funny at times and mila kunis played a really good part. I would recommend to anyone who likes a good romantic comedy.

Re: Friends with Benefits
not a bad film but i dont think the chemistry was there between them. The 2 older ladies next to me walked out after 30mins at wimbledon. Lots of people turned up after 15 mins into film which is rather annoying when they then insist on looking around for seats at the back rather than go straight to the empty seats at the front.

Re: Friends with Benefits
I truly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it. OK it’s predictable like all romcoms but at least it resembled a proper movie with characters, storyline etc. Anyway sooo much better than No strings attached its almost impossible to compare!
Re: Friends with Benefits
Ok...I totally loved this film for the simple reason that I find Justin extremely sexy. The end dragged out a bit but it was sweet.

Much better than I expected (but maybe it was because I wasn't expecting much). Some of the dialogues very really wit and the characted played by Woody Harrelson was incredibly hilarious. Justin Timberlake is turning out to be quite a decent actor! 7.5/10
Re: Friends with Benefits
I enjoyed this film but just your average rom com really. I thought Mila and Justin both played good parts though they were too much like brother and sister for me - no real chemistry as lovers! I have to say though that all I saw when Mila spoke was Meg from Family Guy!

Re: Friends with Benefits
I saw this recently, but to be honest, felt that Justin has the sex appeal of - well - not a lot really. Sorry, the chemistry was not there between the two leads. I found the storyline quite entertaining though. Other supporting characters had little to do, though Richard Jenkins, as the father suffering from Alzheimers and Woody Harrelson, as a gay sports journalist, were good in their roles.
6/10 from me.
