I think I'll just keep an eye on Theatremonkey and TKTS as usual - I am sure there will be deals with one or the other, or even both if we are lucky, just not free, but then, I don't think I've ever been to a free theatre performance.

Just tried to collect RoA tickets and I was asked for ID. I've had to call the cavalry in the form of Valda, LOL.

They said 400 people turned up yesterday to collect tickets for only 300 seats so it is now their policy to ID everyone with printouts.

oh no that's not good.....not good that so many got turned away & not good that there are 300 unsold seats!

Phew. Panic over.
The lady asked for id. I said I'm picking up for my friend who won't make it down here til after 7.
And offered to ring her. But she said don't worry as long as no one else will be trying to get tickets on that name. And she wrote seat numbers on the print out too.
Got tickets in the stall row n. Not the best but not the worst
