No worries - we're all here to encourage each other! Once you get over the initial cravings it'll be much easier. I'm convinced we only crave hobnobs because we know we're not supposed to have them...

Just out of curiosity, how to pretzels fare on the WW scorecard?

Just looked on the website and for Tesco Giant salted pretzels for 1/8 of a bag its 1.5 points, thats not too bad as long as you only eat 1/8 bag. I love pretzels, I think that might be part of my problem ;) 8O

omg....i would not have enough control to eat 1/8 of a bag!! .....chocolate my downfall....it 2½ for a curly wurly if thats any help x

Have you tried the weightwatchers crisps?

can't say I have - will probably just finish this bag then stick to fruit... thanks for the recommendation though! o/ will keep it in mind if i get tempted!

Lost a pound this week, was hoping for more, but will keep going. Just seen loads of new restaurant vouchers, must stay in, temptation is too much!!!! :wall: 8-)

Thanks, feel much better now, I hadn't thought about it like that o/ :D
My mum is following Slimming World and she put on a pound this week! they have "free food" that you don't have to count within the allowance for the day, she stuck religiously to it and was not happy, she thinks she might have had too much of the "free" stuff!!! this week shes going to cut right down on it, is anyone else following Slimming World?
