The bookmarks are really lovely, they had 4 different ones, with Minny, Aibileen, Skeeter and Hilly on them. I got some for myself and gave some away.

Didnt PSH swear a few times, and possibly others, they are working in a very stressful environment! a 12 cert allows one swear word, I believe, correct me if I am wrong.

There was also a sex scene but admittedly they only showed their heads.

Oh, I thought this film was very good, it took me a while to get into and frankly, I did lose the plot about this Thomson guy. The story was slightly far fetched but its always a joy to watch some of highest calibre actors at work here.

7.5/10

I agree. I found it took a while to get into the story, and thought it sometimes stalled abit at a few points. But it was a clever film, and the acting was very good. I'm not sure whether personally I would have pa*d to see this but our showing was full and generally everyone seemed to enjoy it.

Was a thoughtful film with good acting. Not really my type of film though.
