A few fmukers were forced to do some running yesterday as we did a double bill of Ides of March and Tintin which were at 2 different cinemas. That was fun, a_person and me won, hehe.
Well done to the winners o/

Well done with the walk, it makes it more exciting getting lost (as long as its safe). A nice hot bath is wonderful for aches, I've got some lovely white company lavender bath milk which is heaven after a workout (hide it though as its expensive so just use for you).

This may be a stupid question but when it says you need 3lb weights for the arm workouts does it mean 3lb in each hand or 3lb combined? She (from the DVD) says you don't want to bulk up so repeat the exercise if its too easy (that won't happen for a very long time) so can't work-out what weights to use.

You're best to use what feels the most comfortable Diane. 3lb for each arm seems heavy but what do i know  I've some White company toileteries to use up...had no idea they were so luxurious.

To Glassy and A-person - have to take those opportunities when they present themselves :outta:

Hope your muscles feel a little better today Aruif...keep on treadin

Hope you're up and about soon Valda...healing vibes commin at ya

Thanks havingascreen I will b*y the lighter weights, I couldn't decide. This is the bath milk I have http://www.thewhitecompany.com/bathroom ... bath-milk/
it does about 20 baths if used as it should be or about 2 if you're OH hence hide it. Indulge in your bath products as they are lovely not just to be used up :nono:
Just done a 40 minute power walk much to the embarrassment of my daughter, had to do main roads as its too dark to do a park.

Diane, always start off with the lightest weights, unless I am missing some new radical breakthrough in technology, the tv girl cannot possibly know who you are! Once you have done the workout with the light weights you have used, determine if you feel you could hold the proper form in posture throught the whole workout. If during the workout you lose posture and technique then STOP and continue without out the dumbbells. If however you completed the whole workout and feel "hey that was easy" then next workout step up the weight. If you felt maxed out but could finish the workout maintaining the proper posture and technique then stick with the same weights for the next few workouts until you feel you you can step up the weight. No one can tell you what weight to use.

You doing great Diane, really impressed o/

Its bath essence i have...will luxuriate in it after coming home from The Help tomoz

Have you tried cans Diane? Cheaper than b*ying them.

I hula hooped for half an hour using cans to work my arms a bit then did some squats for my legs. I did some yoga to cool down afterwards, nice and naturally tired now and chewing on pineapple to stave away the hunger pangs.

We,re all back in mode o/

I met my sister, her friend and her son for a meal after they saw Jersey Boys. I think I was pretty good, I had a bit of Calamari and then the Lamb Tagine and some rice. I'd only had my cereal and soup for lunch.

it was lovely and such well cooked lamb, and not too much of it. Unlike the party of 28 Russian men, and the post op Tranny homeless person gatecrashing the restaurant, then dancing on the tables outside, lifting up the skirt and showing it all to the world 8O
