That's enough to put anyone off their dinner so good for keeping the calories down! ;)

I'm now off work until Monday and as usual going out every day so deciding where to go for the healthiest meals.
Just looked at Pizza Hut and Pizza Express and pizza hut with the salad has a lot fewer calories, pizzas aren't as nice but the salads are delicious. Today is a more leisurely dinner and tomorrow a post theatre/ pre cinema dinner. I know that I can have one day off but not four!

Yesterday I played my first squash game in 2 months...lost to someone I normally beat. I really have get back to my fitness I had. Trying to also think about my PT game plan too but I have to set the example first havent I??? Well I will do just that.

So lets see, I have to lose 4% Body fat in 2 months. That will be my target.

Be mindful of your targets girls and invisible bpys. When we go to the restaurant, and having salads, be minimal with the salad cream and sauces. Thats where all the bad calories are at :)

Hows everyone else doing? HaS, hulla hooping? Diane, are you now Tracy Anderson's best pupil? Aruif, any more accidental long healthy walks? Val, jogging past any streakers lately?
My film reviews here . ......My FMUK 2014 ratings.......My FMUK 2011 ratings.......My FMUK 2013 ratings . ......My FMUK 2012 ratings .

Do you have a VR headset? If so, maybe we can play a physical sports game or even be sports/fitness partners, hit me up if you keen.

Probably just an unlucky hand Glassy and i'll bet you lost twice as much weight trying to knock his socks off.

I've been eating healthy soups and crunching lots of raw veg at work. I cut up carrot, pepper, baby plum toms and cucumber. Really filling too. Managed to resist unhealthy pasties at a beautiful deli cause i had all my veg with me, did have a latte though and a curry for my tea.

Treating today as my day off but will have healthy tea to make up for last nights slip. Not had time to do much exercise, was poorly on Tuesday and out on Orange Wednesday - did indulge a bit that night too but had white wine and soda rather than full on. I had a pizza hut pizza and salad Diane and enjoyed it.

No indulging tonight as i have the car AND i have fitted into a size 12 pair of trousers that. last time i wore, could fasten the inside button. Delighted at that.

I didn't have time for breakfast or money for lunch at uni so i overindulged in a nice late lunch when i got home. Thankfully not so much that i feel too full, but a comfortable amount. Will go for something healthier for dinner :D

Well done everyone we are all in the zone now and well done fitting into a pair of size 12 jeans that is fabulous. Still on the workouts need to do one tonight can't decide whether to do it before or after the theatre (going to watch My Fair Lady) but need to be up early tomorrow as I'm going to Durham for the day and I'm really excited as I will be meeting Andrews o/ so I'm having tomorrow as my day off. I surprised myself yesterday as I couldn't finish a pizza Leggera at Pizza Express 8O which is a huge shock as I can normally polish off a dessert as well.
