I need some ideas for healthy lunches that aren't salads or sandwhiches. i'm happy to have wraps, in fact i really like them but i don't know what to put in them :/

Wraps or flatbread are good, yes! Not sure if these are all healthy fillings, but I assume they are:

- Mozzarella, rocket salad, pine nuts

- Slices of boiled egg, lettuce, tomato, cucumber

- Hummus, lettuce, halloumi

It also helps if you add different extras to whatever meat/main filling you put on there to vary the taste from day to day. Ie red cabbage, alfalfa sprouts, lettuce, other veggies, mustard, etc.

I forgot to mention, but the halloumi cheese needs to be toasted! I often have hummous/halloumi/lettuce on a baguette, so good!

They had interesting popcorn flavours at the Jameson screening last week: white chocolate, black pepper and caramel.

Hmm different. On the popcorn front I would definitely say that I prefer the salted or savoury rather than the sweet or toffee.

I have tried cheesy popcorn and not really for me. I do love toffee popcorn though.

we had the white chocolate one, it was so nice!

...

just back from my work food shop and please to announce that i have purchased only healthy lunch foods with no naughty chocolate snacks - i will however take with me one square of dark chocolate, possibly half a square.

yesterday i got these really cute little pots from paperchase that go with the little fork and spoon set my friend got me. so the plan is to take a few pots with various veg and fruit in to eat throughout the day. Plus the littlest pot with cottage cheese or hummus in.

i've got oasts so simple for breakfast with skimmed milk and i have lots of green tea to help me with the sugar cravings!

now all i need to do is tell my manager to stop bringing in cakes and sweets for us all the time! 8O
