For dinner last night we had a slat & pepper crusted pork joint. It tasted absolutely lovely!!

On another note, we got some beef medallions and I was to do an easy sauce to go over them. Most are red wine and mushrooms, but does anyone have a simple/easy sauce receipe?

Ive got college tonight so I generally have something a little more filling and then a snack when home.

Today I had cauliflower cheese and a steak bake. Not the most glamourous or nice tasting food ever, but it filled a whole.
