This was another film that the Empire Big screen showed a 10min-ish preview and boy was it gory. It was one long battle scene between gods and demons (i think they were demons). 300 fans would love it as it looks to be that sort of film. The battle was impressive but becasue I had no idea of who is who, it didnt quite engage me.

Anyway, thanks to Wuwu I still look forward to seeing this.

I didn't realise it was by the same director as The Fall! Shame, because that is one of the most visually stunning movie I've ever seen and one of my favourite movies, but Immortals looks to be nowhere in that league.

Typically I don't read reviews, but I have to admit this is one of the best opening lines ever to a film review:

"I thought long and hard about how to write an introduction that would give a feeling of what Immortals is like. Eventually I settled on, Immortals is shite."
