Keep on song everyone. Remember there will be Christmas parties to go to also which are much earlier than xmas day. So keep working on your fitness, stay on groove. You too Aruif, keep imagining being able to fit in the pencil skirt and you will fit back into it soon ;)

I'm still going strong didn't even have a treat when I went to Durham and met up with the lovely Andrews. I had carrot soup with a gorgeous bread roll, I did b*y a Dairy Crunch for my journey home but just had a yogurt and a banana 8O
I'm trying not to eat all the sweets left from the trick or treaters. 5 days to my holiday so have to be good :cross:
Aruif you will look fab in your pencil skirt; I love them but tend to walk too quickly to wear one, I stride rather than totter.

Thats encouraging to hear BB.

I have been yoyoing between wanting to stuff my face on stodge and eating the lovely lettuce that's been growing in our office windows. I've been good today day, i had salad with hummous and carrot to dip. Resisted the temptation to have a bacon roll and hour AFTER my porridge this morning. Thanks to mossion's for having such an unappetising picure of a bacon bagel. o/

Have had a frozen shoulder since Sunday so not been doing any exercise except from walking up and down the stairs.

Not been on the scales to check my weight but must do it to motivate myself again.

Well done BettyBoop, thats an awesome loss...in fact you shouldnt lose faster than that. 2lb per week should be the absolute maximum to stay healthy. So thats brilliant progress. o/ o/ o/

HaV, at least you walking up and down the stairs to get some exercise :) injuries shouldnt be an excuse because is alway a way round them, stairs was a great idea :) o/

I just ran back home from the Immortals screening with a heavy rucksack. Thats an 8.5km run. But the bag kinda killed me but it means I still a way to go to regain the fitness I had during the summer because I know I could have done it more easily back then. I booked myself 2 half marathons in Feruary. Leith Hill and Tunbridge Wells both if which I done this year but loved them both to do them again. Leith Hill was truly a killer, and the only half marathon where i was literally on all fours at one point! So my aim this time will be to beat my previous time and without going on all fours, lol.

Another weekend looming up boys and girls. And Christmas is drawing nearer. Dont forget there will be work parties to go to which tend to be early or mid december, so try make those your reward days.

Two 1/2 marathons must be a great motivator for you Glassy.

My shoulders fine now and all my classes have died down so no more excuses not to start exercising again as of next week...maybe even this weekend

I'm out with the girls tonight for pizza and kareoke but will stick to Vodka and Cranberry. Pizza hut has helpful calorie count beside their pizzas now so won't have a dessert and will still be healthy.

I'm gratefull for all the motivation i receive on this thread :thanks:
