I b*ght £10 worth of sweets in Asda the other day, then I went and b*ght Belgian Chocolate Popcorn & Strawberry with White chocolate pop corn. The same evening I had pizza with four cheese, added more cheese on top and mushrooms. Today I b*ght £15 worth of dessert, cheesecake, cheesecake and more cheesecake (Banoffe and strawberry! ;) ) and caramel dessert, creme brulee, cream slices and so on which are all in my stomach. Then just now for dinner, I got a PFC meal (chicken fillet burger, hot wings, chips and drink). All very unhealthy. At this rate, I will only put on four extra stones and not get anywhere. :( I didn't realise how much I actually eat! I just don't have the motivation to start this diet. :(
Tomorrow's another day. I've eaten far too much while the exchange student has been staying, I've been out 7 days on the run and ate rubbish to save time and to give me extra energy. She's gone back to Germany today (we will really miss her she was lovely) so I'm starting yet again to get rid of this 10lbs which is stuck around my hips and thighs (not a pleasant site). We can encourage each other and feed off the positive vibes from everyone on this thread.

LOL on frsit reading I thought you were saying it has gone well, and you'd eaten 3 boxes of chocolate biscuits Well done on refusing - something I can't do

ah sweetie, you'll be ready to start one day, wehn the time is right for you. I lost 2 stone this year. could have been more but the summer was a time of going out and eating and eating icecream. The only good thing is that any wieght I put on during the summer, I lost straight away.

My thing is, if I don't have it in the house, I won't eat it. If you can resist b*ying it you are well on the way. I even got to bringing 5 winegums and a WW snack to the cinema

One day as I say, you will wake up and make that decision. I wasn't happy with my weight and couldn't commit to dieting then all of a sudden I signed up online and started. good luck vx

Not sure this will help but can't you save up points as long as you use them in the same week? Then you could get a decent pack of crisps just for cinema days :D

I take sugar snap peas with me to the cinema :p love them and taste yummy too :D

Betty, thats still good, any loss is good. I lost 1 and a half pounds this week, was really hoping for 2, really want to lose 4 and a half pounds by the end of October to make a stone altogether, although I'm planning a big night out for Halloween, so I might fall off the wagon at the last hurdle!! Won't have had a drink for a month, so really looking forward to it 8-)

AnneJ, its great when you have a goal like that, and enjoy it one night out wont spoil your progress as long as it doesnt turn into a week!....and your right I suppose its heading in the right direction. I just wish I werent so weak willed! I think we also have to think in terms of your weeks weight loss times 52....so that you think wow over a year thats quite alot!

I was watching the latest episode of Click, a weekly program on BBC about new technology. No wait...I promise this post will be relevant! At the end of each episode, there is a section of recommended websites of all types. This week a website called www.whfoods.org was featured and seems to be a most comprehensive and very easy to follow guide about healthy eating. I checked out the website and I find it is indeed very informative on healthy eating, with recipes to try and sections on what you should/should not eat if you suffer from certain illnesses such as asthma, diabetes etc. There is a section dedicated to diets:

Just thought I pass this on to you guys but you may have different and better resources and indeed I think its best compare information from different resources and make your own mind up.
My film reviews here . ......My FMUK 2014 ratings.......My FMUK 2011 ratings.......My FMUK 2013 ratings . ......My FMUK 2012 ratings .
