No, I was wondering about that as well. It's actually a 2008 song...which is kinda misplaced in the 2002 setting of the movie. Let's just put it this way. When Aaron Sorkin pens a screenplay, just like with "The Social Network", much of the detail is going to be fabricated. You just have to go with it.Celini wrote:(was the song the daughter was singing an original song?)

Forgot to say, didn't Phillip Seymour Hoffman look different! Didn't realise who it was at first. He is certainly not afraid to look ghastly (pot-bellied, shaven-headed, prematurely old) if the part requires it.

Does that mean we can look forward to an expletive-ridden write-up from a_certain person?Celini wrote:I was also surrounded by the 2 most grumpy people in the theatre (yes, you soonforgotten and a_person)...

This is the original version of the song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=elsh3J5lJ6g&ob=av2e
It's called "The Show" by Lenka.

Re: Moneyball
Hang on.....You were in the middle of us all snuggly and cute!!!! We (me and sf), however, had to put up with a c**t on the left of soonforgotten going munch munch munch munch like he f**king never munched before and when he stopped munching, the c**t on my right did exactly the same thing except she went even louder.Celini wrote:Oh dear, WIQ was indeed freezing cold. I was also surrounded by the 2 most grumpy people in the theatre (yes, you soonforgotten and a_person)... they could have killed all those munchers and mobile phone checkers with their eyes!
I loved them![]()
My sincere apologies go to soonforgotten for choosing the worst seats possible! I'm so so sorry!
And this new policy at WIQ totally sucks about waiting in the bar. I got to WIQ at 6pm but forgot my ticket so had to rush home and find it. By the time I got back, it was 6:25pm and I went straight to the screen to find that soonforgotten and Celini were no where to be seen!
Urgh, not the best experience ever. Still abit f**ked off.
