On the other hand, I've done quite a lot of exercise. Swimming for 1hr everyday (although I cheated today and spent half of that just floating and gossiping with my mate). Got salsa classes lined up (bf not too keen right now though) and a pole dancing class (he's a bit keener bout this

).
Ooooh did I mention I've been rather good with my food......been having tuna salad for lunch & homemade salad for dinner (lettuce, cherry tomatoes, olives, grapes, sweetcorn, cucumber, carrots, button shrooms, mixed peppers with my special honey & lemon dressing) minus the pasta & chicken that bf has.
Haven't weighed myself but I'll probably do that at the weekend when I can be ar$ed.
Keep up the good work everyone!!! We can do it!!!

Wow...you are awesome and some very exotic fitness activities you doing there...I feel so dull in comparison

Good stuff with the meals but you do need the protein too, you could have snatched a chicken leg back from your bf you know

And pasta is ok occasionally. Its the sauces in the salad that you have to watch out for, keep that minimal. Though your honey and lemon dressing sounds healthy and yummy, is that home made? And dont worry about your cocktails, it was your cheat/comfort day, you have those once a week but still, dont over do it!
OK, its Friday, and I will set some homework for you all

I want you post a plan for your week ahead. Just write down the next 7 days, and what activity you intend to do beside each day. Include 1, 2 or 3 rest days and state which day will be your cheat day. Those of you who have little time for gym can still plan a schedule with walking up and down the stairs during lunch times at work, and brisk walks/jog partway on your journey to/from work etc. No matter how busy or hectic you are, there are always pockets of time to squeeze some exercise in.
Here's my week ahead plan (I am doing a marathon in 26 weeks time, so I need to build my mileage gradually from now but I also have my squash playing goals, hence why it looks a bit full).
Saturday: Squash league match followed by core blast
Sunday: 10km run followed with upper body circuit with stretch bands
Monday: 4km run easy jog, Squash club
Tuesday: Full body strength circuit class with BBs and DBs
Wednesday: 8km run
Thursaday: 5km intervals/fartlek, lower body workout
Friday: REST or pilates (and my COMFORT DAY!)
And then STICK TO IT! :) Have a great weekend everyone
