Re: Weight Watchers
Christmas month is here, keep working on your fitness goals, the coming weeks will be raining sugar!
Did everyone get to do what they planned last week (health and fitness wise)? Did you any of you make your schedules? I really would like to see planning a week ahead or at least a few days ahead. It really helps.
I am now 2 weeks into my self made 27 week build up to my marathon. I have tried to keep on my own weekly target, with a little change here and there, I just a tad below the targets but I am already feeling great and can feel a little fitter than I was. Still got about 4-5% bodyfat to lose as well.
But anyway, have a great weekend everyone.

Re: Weight Watchers
I don't know how I've got the bottle to come on this thread as I'm out the next 5 nights, 1 working, I cinema straight from work, 1 meal straight from work, 1 Christmas party with a meal but I will be on the dance floor all night and one evening taking a neighbour's dog to the groomers straight from work so not sure when I can fit in any exercise but I can eat healthily in between and I can fit in some exercise at the weekend.

The dancing definitely counts as exercise, as should rushing about like that! Besides, tis the season to be merry. Even Mr G will cut you some slack
. You'll no doubt get back in your groove next week!

Re: Weight Watchers
OK its a lunchtime workout as 10 miles to work hence driving; the dog bit made me laugh as she's bad on her legs and I have to crouch down to form a step with my knees so that she can get into my car (she's a collie). I will have to run for the Metro to the cinema as cutting it fine as working until 5.45pm. I work dance vigorously on Friday ha haTheyCallMeMrGlass wrote:Work day: Briskest walk you can do either going home or going to work, or a 15 minute office workout during lunch time, pick oneDiane65 wrote:I don't know how I've got the bottle to come on this thread as I'm out the next 5 nights, 1 working, I cinema straight from work, 1 meal straight from work, 1 Christmas party with a meal but I will be on the dance floor all night and one evening taking a neighbour's dog to the groomers straight from work so not sure when I can fit in any exercise but I can eat healthily in between and I can fit in some exercise at the weekend.

(this is like a ground hog day from last Christmas). I will make an effort as you have told me so nicely!
Feeling so unwell last couple of days...looks like a non training week for me. Will have to heed what I preach, huh? So my focus will be to eat properly. Its annoying not knowing why the hell am I feeling feverish but I got a feeling its the extended works I have been doing in the server room. Its not exactly a room full of fresh sweet air, recently. I do actually wear dust filter masks when needed but sometimes I forget. I shouldnt. Lesson learnt.

hi,
It's getting cold so I decided to build some winter isolation. In order to do this I had 6 raspberry jelly doughnuts today.
