This was definitely no "Love Actually"!

Can't put is as good as Soonforgotten's review, which I'd give 10/10, the film 4/10 - except the outtakes at the end, which was the best bit & the old woman closing the door in the lift. I think that was the only bit I managed to muster up more than just a smirk.

Saw this last night too.
Quite enjoyed it but not great. One of those Sunday evening movies to watch that u can just relax and not worry about understanding cause u won't miss much.
But I enjoyed much more than valentines day.

Did like the out take at the end of movie.

And totally agree with you all about product placement. Omg. There was sooooo much. Maybe they had to to p*y for such a great cast.
But have to add when I first saw michelle pfiefer when she got off the bus. I didn't recognise her at all.

saw this yesterday and surprising quite enjoyed it epically as you don't usually see many stars in one film
but definitely agree with everyone else as it must have cost ALOT to have all the stars and have so many people fake a new years in times square

I quite enjoyed this film. It wasn;t as good as I hoped but it was a light hearted film. Enjoyed the bit at the end.

The film was in one of the smaller screen at Swansea and there were just a few seats left when the film started.

I too thought that there was a lot of product placement, perhaps it was more 'in our face' than usual? The filming in times square must have cost a fortune, think of the disruption it most have caused. The plot???? well a nod in various directions but it was gentle fluff, a film to cosy up to on a cold winters' night. I too didn't recognise Michelle pfiefer for quite a while. Really liked the outtakes.
OH was asleep before the title of the film came on at the beginning, not enough going on to grab his attention.
6/10

LOL saw it too, although it's not a good film she can't have had to sit through some of the stinkers we have in all our time of going to free previews.
