They've now started to sell doughnuts outside The Printworks but I resisted and only b*ght a bottle of water before the screening on Tuesday but would really have loved one (or two) :noo:

Please rest MrGlass and you take care aruif, we want you all fit and well for the festive season. I can fit into my dress for the Christmas parties so I'm happy (I've got 2 works parties on consecutive Fridays so can wear it for both as I'm the only one who has been invited to both  )

MrGlass that was a bit harsh on evilzadi and ramaloo making them do a plank (that kills me)

Totally hit the diet wall in the last 3 weeks and rather than losing weight I've managed to increase by 1.5 pounds, thanks to crisps and biscuits. So going back to the beginning and keeping a food diary for the next week which will force me to consider if I want to have the biscuit rather than just nibble away without counting my syns.

Oh and haven't managed to get the jogging plan started as up here in Scotland we've had snow or hail or extreme winds or horizontal rain almost every day since I decided to take up running. While the conditions are there to be conquered they really aren't the best to start learning a new way of exercising so I'll stick to walking for a wee while yet.
Always on the lookout for spare GLASGOW tickets. Thanks to all those great sharers who keep me going with plenty of free nights out.

Don't give up robertjags! Everyone has their ups and downs. Food diary sounds like a great idea.

Expect our resident Mr Motivator (ie Mr Glass) will have some tips about other exercise you can do indoors! :)
