Weight Watchers

Re: Weight Watchers
I've been wondering where to ask this on here but the latest posts have persuaded me that this might be the best place: I know some people like it but for all sorts of reasons, I'm not keen on people taking chocolate (and other snacky food) to work to thank others. It's not healthy; it doesn't last long and with a shift-working system, so many people miss out. But can anyone suggest a more suitable and enduring alternative, please? I've been racking my brain my drawn a blank.

We take in a selection of drinks fruit teas, coffees and unusual cordials (obviously sugar free). One of my favourites is nice hand cream especially as we wash our hands at least 20 times a day.
Well done Valda I'm so impressed with you. I really need to get my act together I've no excuse whatsoever for not being healthy

How about some fruit for thanks, lovely grapes or pomegranate seeds can be just as sweet a treat.

Re: Weight Watchers
YAY I managed the whole hour of Body Combat
My legs went after 10 mins but I carried on. Apart from the tiredness and being out of condition, it was like riding a bike.
The new routine is a total killer but I feel proud I went and will renew the membership properly tomorrow

Re: Weight Watchers
Thats very conveneient, HaS, definitely take advantage!
I have done something very spontaneous. I joined Cineworld Unlimited. I know most of you will frown for spending that money when I can see many films for free. And I know you are also thinking why the hell am I talking about it on this thread.
Well, I thought I love the cinema. I love running but I have a a lot of running to do to train for my first full marathon and I might get bored if its too much running. Since I already often run to the cinema, I thought I add some incentive to my runs by simply running to see more films. Its insane but I'm like that.
So today, I am going to run to Wandsworth cinema which is a nice 10km run and watch Girl With the Dragon Tatoo then on Saturday I'll run 7km to Shaftesbury Avenue and Watch "Hugo" :)
