Re: Like Crazy
Seriously, that bad. Maybe I did see a different film than you. Maybe I was in a different mindset when I saw this. Admittedly it's a bit long and that the problem of overstaying is silly but I really enjoyed it.

I'm not sorry to have seen it, I just thought it could have been better. It wasn't THAT bad....

Re: Like Crazy
very poor
saw at metrocentre - 1/2 full
special mention to the person who left early and had to come back for their bag of goodies (in a tesco bag)
far better humour than any of the film

Re: Like Crazy
I seem to be the only one that will say much good about this film! It won't rank as my favourite film of the year, but it certainly was a lot better than other anti-Rom Coms I've seen.
I liked the fact that it wasn't 'glossy' - I thought that the 2 central characters were realistic (even if not that likeable) and the way in which the distance between them allowed them to fetishise the relationship was especially well portrayed. The parents were fantastic. Jennifer Lawrence was great.
Agree that he was a bad designer and that she never should have violated her visa though. There were flaws, yes, but I don't think that the film was as awful as everyone is making it out to be!!

Re: Like Crazy
yeah it was ok I got used to the slowness. Had no sympathy for them, just their partners. Got to decide whether to see it again tomorrow, seeing as I have no other choice of free films this week.anakin wrote:I'm not sorry to have seen it, I just thought it could have been better. Re: Like Crazy
First film I've seen in a couple of months so I was looking forward to it but sorry to say I found it quite boring.
