hahaha, my colleagues finished them off. The temptation got higher when we got some funding confirmed so my boss went out and b*ght a load of chocolate bars!! i diligently cut up my fruit salad and only had half an aero :D . Last night was my treat night with dairy milk, wine and doritos but i had a home made chinese stirfry which was delish! Here's the recipie:-

300g dried fine egg noodles (used super noodles)
4sbsp hot reduced salt chicken stock
2tbsp reduced salt soy sauce
2tbsp chinese rice wine (i use sherry which does just as well)
cooking oil spray
400g chicken breast diced
1 onion cut into thin wedges (i used spring onions)
2 garlic cloves
200g beansprouts (don't like these so didn't put them in, added baby corn instead)
2 peppers sliced
150g sugar snap peas
40g roasted cashew nuts (didn't have these but if anyone makes this pls tell me how it tastes with them)
garnish with coriander sprigs.

1) Cook noodles, drain and set aside
2) combine the stock, soy sauce and rice wine then set aside
3) Spray the wok and fry chicken to brown then set aside
4) spray wok then fry onion, garlic and fry for 2 mins, Add beansprouts, pepper and peas. Stir fry for 3 mins.
5) Add noodles, chicken, rice wine sauce then toss it all together to coat.
6) garnish with nuts and corriander.

enjoy!!

LOL, nice try.

HaS, like your recipes! Last one reminds me of the Chinese girl cooking series, she taught how to make healthy chinese dishes, and placed a lot of focus on substituting traditional Chinese ingredients with healthier options. She had a follow up series called Chinese Cooking Made Easy but it was the series before that was the best. Cant remember what it was called now. She would go out in the street and ask passers by to assist and test.

That sounds like a good series, i've been eating lots of stir frys recently and am always on the look out for ideas. I've weighed myself this morning and i've lost 1lb, small amount i know but i feel so much more toned from doing these 30 minute workouts at home plus the ballet fitness and the zumba.

Hows everyone else doing?
