Tena Desae is wearing a horrible suit. We have such amazing designs and colours and she wears something that looks like a tutu that's been soaked in tea?! The mind boggles.

It looked a lot better in the flesh, and I guess as she's not from here, she wore something from an Indian Designer. All I can say is she must have been freezing out there . Celia Imrie got it wrong, really didn't like what she had on.

Yep, that was the guy originally next to me who I asked to put his phone away which is when he moved to your side.

I loved this film. it was so sweet and funny, with several storylines that were poingnat but still funny. Its so good to see that older actors have such a lot to offer, no offence but I'd watch anything with these guys in over most of the current' Box Office Stars' these days. The film showed that its never to late to change, and adapt to whatever life brings. 9/10

I just meant there are much more beautiful Indian suits around - even one of my old ones would look better than that! Perhaps it did look better in the flesh as you say! Photos can be misleading!
I like that Celia made an effort though! I LOVED it when some of my friends wore Indian suits to my wedding! One was even brave enough to go and b*y a suit on her own!

I liked the film, it was charming with nice touches of humour and a stellar cast. The film is a touch too long and does drag a bit, but it is still enjoyable. I wasn't that impressed with all the endings, which felt a bit contrived. Nevertheless there were great performances here as one would expect from such well established actors. Maggie Smith gets all the best lines and manages make an elderly racist seem sympathetic. A nice film overall, which is all the more entertaining due to the witty script and top notch acting talent.

I really enjoyed this witty, colourful and totally entertaining film which lived up in every way to the expectation from the trailer and poster. Only faults are that it is a touch on the long side - or at least it appeared to be - and where was Geoffrey Palmer? I felt that he should have been in it too. Nice to see a film that ticks all the boxes for a change and one that you could take your mum to without cringing with embarassment.

I'm gonna give this one a good 8/10.
